Falling...

These pictures are taken by Katie Grand of Agyness Deyn falling from buildings and she said she was inspired by a 10950s picture of a child falling. And though it sounds rather morbid, I think the pictures translate something quite freeing and uplifting. At least that's what I got out of it. And I really do love the motion of bodies through space as gravity takes hold of it. It's like the body is simply giving into the cosmic force that keeps us standing and upright, but instead playing with it and teasing it, almost.
